At checkout, you can apply coupons to your order. Click "APPLY COUPON" after entering your coupon code and the discount will be applied to your order automatically.
Please enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no spaces before, inside, or after. We recommend that you copy/paste the coupon code to avoid errors.
Coupons are limited to 1 Coupon per order and cannot be combined with other Coupons or Customer Special Pricing Discounts.

When you place an order, you will receive your confirmation number and order summary in 24 hours. It takes 1-3 days to dispatch the package after your order is being processed.
You can cancel an order in the “Orders” page under “My account” as long as it is not marked as shipped. If the order is marked as shipped, we cannot cancel your order unfortunately.
ORDER SHIPPING ADDRESS
The orders are shipped to the “Shipping Address” stored in your account (My account > Addresses) or to the shipping address provided at the checkout page if you do not have an account.
You cannot update the shipping address for a product marked as shipped.
