Where is my order?

To Know the status of your Order, Please log in to your account and visit the Orders page. Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare your order. Once it is shipped, we will notify you by email. You can use our order tracking page to track your order. If you feel that you are waiting too long for your order, simply contact us.

*Note: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there is a global transportation scarcity, which may cause your shipment to be delayed for several days.

How long will my order take?

Processing an order usually takes 1-3 business days. We will send you an email with tracking information once your product has been sent. In the "Orders" page you can check the status of your order. Please see our Shipping and Delivery page data for additional information on shipping times to your country. It will take a few days for it to reach you based on our international shipping procedures. Shipping times differ depending on the shipping company.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by visiting the Orders page (when you are logged in your account) as long as the order status is not marked as shipped.

Once your order is shipped. Unfortunately, it cannot be canceled.

How can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address by visiting My Account > Addresses

Please note that when you update your shipping address, the new address will be taken into consideration in your upcoming orders. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed for that order.

Will I be notified if my order was shipped?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped. You will receive a notification email containing your order details and a tracking number.

Why the tracking information of my order are not getting updated frequently?

While your package is in transit, there may be a couple of days between updates on the tracking information. This is because the shipping company does not update the tracking information until the package reaches one of its local locations. Please just be patient and rest assured, You are always protected with our money back guarantee.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Please contact us providing your order ID attached with a video of the defective item. You are always protected by our Money back guarantee.

Is it secure to use my credit card information in this store?

All transfers conducted through our store are handled  through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and is not stored. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?

You can pay directly with your PayPal account. You can also choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase and make a payment with your Visa/Mastercard bank card, In this case you do not need to have a PayPal account.

I noticed that I charged twice, what should I do?

Please go to your Orders page ( My Account > Orders ) and check if you duplicated the purchased order. If that's the case please cancel one of them and you will get a refund. 

Why my payment was declined?

Some of the common reasons why the payments get declined are:

  • Your payment was refused by the bank that issued your credit card. 
  • Your Account's balance  is insufficient.
  • Your card information are incorrect, please double-check the expiration date, billing address, and security code (located on the back of your Visa/Mastercard).
Are there any additional fees when making an order from your store?

In most cases, there is no additional fee. However, custom charges may apply depending on your country. we make sure to fill out any invoicing questionnaires completely and accurately, but unfortunately, we cannot manage the customs regulations in every country. So the custom fees are under the responsibility of our customers.

I have a coupon, how can I use it?

You can apply your Coupon code on the checkout page of your order.

1. click on "Click here to enter your code"

2.Copy/Paste the Coupon into the "Coupon code" text field.

3. Click  APPLY COUPON

Can I use multiple coupons on the same order?

Unfortunately, you cannot apply more than one coupon on the same order. However, you can still apply them on your next orders.
